Where do I begin to thank you? I received your mailer in February 2005 and it sat on my desk for 3 months, I never had the courage to call your office and make an appointment. I have known for years that I was having issues with my teeth, but I just assumed that I inherited the same problems that my mother and father had lived with for years, finally giving into false teeth, which I always feared. My professional life was spent in the Cosmetic Field. I was a licensed Aesthetician in San Diego prior to moving to Las Vegas, I spent the last 15yrs as a Beauty Consultant to Estee Launder, and Chanel. How many ladies did I transform into beautiful women, so many I can't even begin to count. To see how happy they were when I was finished was such a joy, but I always felt like I was a little but of a fraud knowing I was hiding "my little secret". But you changed all that, after breaking a cap, I knew it was now or never, I had to stop being a baby and deal with the problems head on. Sherry was the first person I met when I walk into your office, she was so sweet, and I think she could sense that I was a mess, but she took the time to calm me down. All dental offices should take directions from you and your staff. I never felt uncomfortable, the noise level is at a minimum and cleanness is above standards. After meeting with you and having the first exam I still was scared and embarrassed, but Dr. Lee, you looked me straight in the eye and told me I had choices, and that I didn't have to live with these issues. Now less then 6 months later I am writing you a heartfelt thank you. Not only do I have perfect teeth, but also a healthy mouth and the knowledge that I can maintain this transformation. I also want to thank Jacci who I felt went out of her way in helping me to find the right financing that was needed. She never once made me feel uncomfortable in finding the right program. She was always available to answer any question that came up during this process. You and your staff in my opinion are the perfect team. Going forward you can bet that I will be your Goodwill Ambassador promoting your amazing artistic work, and your fabulous office.
