Do you accept referrals?

We welcome anyone referred by other dentists or by our current patients. In fact, we appreciate your referrals so much that we'll give you a small gift any time a new patient comes into our office because of your recommendation.

Do you accept my insurance?

Your dental insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Insurance policies often differ in their coverages, but many do not cover cosmetic dental procedures. To simplify procedures for everyone, we ask that you pay at the time of service and then obtain any reimbursement directly from your insurance company.

We will be happy to assist you in completing the necessary paperwork and providing copies of any information that you require for submitting to the insurance company. Please bring us your insurance card on your first visit, and keep us updated on changes to your insurance coverages.

I have a temporary crown in my mouth. What happens if it comes off or breaks?

During the office visit when you receive your temporary crown, we'll explain what to do if it breaks or comes off. Generally, the best thing to do is call our office and ask to come in; we'll either remake it or cement it back in place.

What different payment options do you provide?

We accept credit cards, checks and offer interest-free payment plans through CareCredit for terms up to one year. For longer payment terms, we have financing available through Wells Fargo.

We offer a 5% accounting reduction for up front cash payments and 5% discount for our patients over 60 years of age.

How can I ask the doctors a question directly?

We're always willing to answer any questions you may have about dental treatments. All you have to do is ask us during an appointment, or call us or email us if a question arises at other times. We'll return your call or email as quickly as possible.

How can I safely whiten my teeth?

We offer both in-office whitening treatments or take-home whitening kits. Both are safe. We'll be glad to talk to you to help you determine which is best for you.

What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?

We protect our patients in many ways, starting with state-of-the-art sterilization equipment and the use of facemasks and gloves. We always take our patients' current health histories, and our staff has current CPR training. In addition, our hygienist is a registered nurse and can assist in the event of a medical emergency.

What makes you different from any other dental practice I can visit?

There are many things that set us apart, including the extensive training that Dr. Lee, Dr. Wilson and their staff members have gone through. You'll also find that our level of patient care is truly topnotch.

Another thing that makes us different is our experience with cosmetic dentistry as patients as well as practitioners. Dr. Lee, Dr. Wilson, and all the staff members have gone through some cosmetic dental procedures. We understand what it feels like to be a patient, and you can be sure that we would not use any treatments on our guests that we would not use on ourselves.

Finally, we call our patients our guests, and we treat them as we would all honored visitors. Our goal is to make your our friends as well as our guests by building a long-term relationship.

I do not like drills. Are their any other options?

The electric hand pieces that we use are not air driven like conventional drills. You'll find these state-of-the-art tools much quieter and less likely to make you uncomfortable.

My gums bleed after I brush. Is this something to be concerned about?

Bleeding gums are an early, warning sign of periodontal or gum disease and should not be ignored. Our dental hygienist has been specially trained to treat periodontal disease and to get it under control.

I really do not like visiting the dentist. Is there anything you can do to help me relax?

If you're fearful about visiting the dentist, please let us know. We have many ways to help patients relax, including headphones with music CDs so you literally can't hear anything. We can also prescribe Valium or use nitrous oxide during dental procedures to make you feel more comfortable.

In smile analysis, we take a photograph of your face and measure and analyze your smile in relation to the "golden proportion" measurements of facial aesthetics. This allows us to make recommendations for improvements or enhancements based upon scientific principals.

What is Smile Design?

Smile Design is both a science and an art. It is a method of designing a smile based on scientific principles that takes into account your unique facial characteristics. There's no "cookie-cutter" solution with Smile Design; it is a custom, highly individualized treatment plan that will work only for you.
